Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Firebase, Stripe, and Processing of the Email Address Used for Registration

Data relevant to the provision of the service is collected from customers and stored in Google Cloud Firebase. Google Cloud Firebase stores the following information:

- Email address

- Levels achieved, progress, and app error messages.

Do not track

Please note that our site's data collection and usage tracking will not be enabled if the Do Not Track signal is selected in your browser.

User rights

If you are a citizen of the European Union, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to request it to be corrected, updated, or deleted. To exercise this right, the User is requested to contact us via the contact details below.

In addition, if you are a permanent resident of Europe, please note that the data will be processed for the performance and execution of any contracts we may have with you (for example, if you place an order through the Site) and otherwise in the lawful furtherance of our business as listed above. Recordings

The application allows users to produce audio recordings as part of its use. These recordings do not contain identifiable personal data and cannot be linked to any individual.

Such non-identifiable recordings may be used for the following purposes:

  • Service development and quality assurance
  • Scientific or commercial research
  • Development of AI-based functionalities
  • Support for marketing and communications

Since the recordings cannot be associated with any individual, they do not fall under the scope of personal data processing as defined by the GDPR.

Data retention

By placing an order through the Site, the User acknowledges that he/she understands that we will retain the order data until the User explicitly requests the deletion of such data.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated, for example, due to changes in practice, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
